guilin rubber machinery factory with an area of 398,000 m2 that specializes in producing rubber mechanical equipment, national certified technological center, large backbone enterprise and export base in the domestic machinery industry, which is located in the south suburbs of guilin and founded in 1966.
it mainy produces the vulcanizer, cutting machine, extruder, moulding machine, rod baffle heat exchanger, lpg tank, and has a category i, ii and iii pressure vessels’ design, manufacturing and installation permits from the general administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine. it obtained an iso10012 certificate for measurement management system (cms) and has established the iso9001 assurance system.
it developed the first dual tread tire shaping vulcanizer in the country in 1974, and produces annually more than 500 sets of dual tread tire shaping vulcanizers and other rubber machinery with a combined capacity of 32,000 t. its mechanical vulcanizers have complete production series from 36" to 126", hydraulic vulcanizers that have completed a production series from 45″ to 188″. it exports to major tire companies all over the world and ranks ninth among the top ten global tire manufacturers in the global sector.
