the national bureau of statistics has released the national economic data of july. the data reveals that china's industrial production in july grew steadily and the national economy remained stable. the above-scale industrial added value of chemical raw materials and products achieved a year-on-year growth of 14.9 percent.
the above-scale industrial added value saw a year-on-year increase of 14 percent in july and 14.3% from january to july. since the second half of 2010, the figure has been steady at 14 percent for four consecutive quarters, which is indicating that china's industrial production remains steady and is experiencing rapid growth.
in july, 381 out of 468 products achieved a year-on-year production increase. the power generation capacity was 425.2 billion kwh and the daily average power output was 13.7 billion kwh, an increase of 13.2 percent. the crude oil processing output was 37.49 million tons and the daily average output was 1.21 million tons, an increase of 5.9 percent. the yield of ethylene was 1.3 million tons and the daily average output was 42,000 tons, an increase of 11.5 percent. in addition, statistics show that the crude oil processing output was 260.46 million tons during january-july, an increase of 6.9 percent. the total output of ethylene was 9.16 million tons, an increase of 16.9 percent.
moreover, data shows that the ratio of sales to gross output value in the above-scale industrial enterprises in china was 98.5 percent in july, a year-on-year increase of 0.2 percent points. also, the export delivery value is 872.3 billion yuan, an increase of 16.6 percent.
