(correspondent: wang yidi) recently, dalian municipal service alliance for promoting patent conversion (hereafter called “the alliance”), led by dalian intellectual property service center, was established under the guidance of dalian intellectual property office. as a national technology transfer demonstration institution, dalian institute joined the alliance and sent its representatives to attend the inaugurating meeting.
with 26 member units, the alliance aims to strengthen communications between member units, enable them to effectively give full play to the advantages of resources, and form an operating mechanism of complementary advantages and shared resources.
